Booking Terms and Conditions

    1. Trustwide Travel Services: Trustwide Travel is a private company and is not affiliated with any Canadian or foreign government offices or embassies (collectively, “Governmental Agencies”). Trustwide Travel does not have the authority to grant or deny documents. Its role is strictly as a “Booking Agent,” facilitating travelers in arranging services and products provided by third parties, such as airlines, hotels, meals, tours, and transportation suppliers in connection with Trustwide Travel’s travel packages (“Service Providers”). Our Website and marketing materials provide information about travel locations, airfares, travel agent locations, flight times and dates, tours, packages, insurance, cruises, transportation, foreign currency, schedules, travel companies, and more, for your convenience. While Trustwide Travel endeavors to ensure the information provided by Service Providers is accurate and up-to-date, we cannot be held liable for its accuracy. You will enter into separate contracts with these Service Providers for their services and products. These Service Providers have their own terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude their liability to you. Trustwide Travel is not responsible for any representations made or information supplied by third parties, including Service Providers. We advise confirming all Website information with the Service Providers. Prices, packages, tours, flights, and other details on the Website are subject to change without notice. Post-purchase price increases may occur due to additional costs imposed by Service Providers or Governmental Agencies. You consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Trustwide Travel to charge your credit card for such additional amounts. Travel products and services listed on the Website are subject to availability. It’s important to note that all documents issued to travelers, such as visas, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document confirming arrangements with a Service Provider, are non-transferable and may be subject to conditions like being non-refundable, non-changeable, and subject to cancellation or amendment fees. It’s your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these conditions. Should any Service Provider alter or fail to provide the services you contracted for, your remedy lies with that Service Provider, not with Trustwide Travel. In case of credit card payment, you agree not to seek a chargeback or recovery of your payment from Trustwide Travel. Unless explicitly agreed to by Trustwide Travel in writing, you are responsible for obtaining all passports, visas, and health information required.
    2. Use of the Trustwide Travel Website: The Website is designed to help customers gather travel information, check the availability of travel-related goods and services, and make legitimate reservations. Your use of the Website indicates your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. You warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years old; (ii) you have the legal authority to form a binding legal obligation; (iii) you will use the Website according to this Agreement; (iv) you will use the Website to make legitimate bookings for yourself or others you are authorized to represent; (v) you will inform others about these Terms & Conditions applicable to bookings made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions; (vi) all information you provide on the Website is true, accurate, current, and complete; and (vii) you will protect your Trustwide Travel account information and supervise its use. Trustwide Travel reserves the right to deny access to the Website at our discretion. You may download and display one (1) copy of any part of the Website Content, without altering it and retaining copyright notices. You are prohibited from copying, uploading, posting, distributing, transmitting, or modifying the Website Content; using framing techniques around the Website; reverse-engineering any part of the Website; selling, transferring, or licensing any part of the Website to third parties. You also agree not to use the Website for false reservations, misleading information, unlawful materials, or in any way that affects the Website’s performance or other users’ enjoyment. You are responsible for all information you provide to us. Trustwide Travel may terminate or restrict your access to the Website at any time without notice or liability. Trustwide Travel may also impose fees for certain services or change general practices and limits concerning services.
    3. Privacy and Security: Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you agree to have read and found acceptable. Your consent to these Terms & Conditions includes consent to the practices in our Privacy Policy. Non-personal information sent to us is not subject to the Privacy Policy and may be used by Trustwide Travel without restriction or liability.
    4. Disclaimer: Trustwide Travel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or up-to-dateness of the Website content or other promotional material, nor that it does not infringe others’ rights. The Website and its contents are provided “as is.” Trustwide Travel disclaims all implied representations and warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of descriptions on the Website or promotional material. Trustwide Travel is not liable for any damages arising from the use or non-use of third-party products or services or any act or omission of a Service Provider. We do not warrant that the Website, its server, or any products or services supplied through the Website will be error-free or virus-free. Your use of the Website and its services is at your own risk. Trustwide Travel will not be liable for damages in connection with your use of or inability to access the Website or the purchase and use of any products and services supplied via the Website. If the Website fails or causes you loss or damage, your sole remedy is a refund of any money you paid to use the Website. Hotel ratings on the Website are provided by Service Providers and are general guidelines. All Service Providers are independent contractors, not affiliates or agents of Trustwide Travel. Trustwide Travel is not liable for any actions, omissions, errors, warranties, negligence, breach of contract, personal injuries, death, property damage, delays, or other damages or expenses resulting from Service Providers. Trustwide Travel is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors on the Website. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct them and/or cancel reservations made under incorrect prices. Trustwide Travel is not liable for any traveler missing any part of their package due to no fault of Trustwide Travel. Shipping and handling of documents are done via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS unless otherwise arranged, and Trustwide Travel is not liable for any delays, loss, or damages in transit.
    5. Safety: Participation in packages operated by Trustwide Travel involves risks and dangers beyond our control, including traveling in undeveloped areas, forces of nature, political unrest, and accidents or illnesses in remote regions without rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Trustwide Travel will not be liable for any medical care access or adequacy or for any losses, damages, deaths, injuries, or claims arising from or connected with your Trustwide Travel package. While we strive to ensure safety measures, you agree to hold Trustwide Travel harmless for any access to or provision of medical care.
    6. Fitness and Health: Participation in Trustwide Travel packages requires a certain level of physical fitness. You warrant that you are physically and mentally fit to travel and participate in the packages and have researched all destinations and activities to determine your ability to participate. You are responsible for your health and fitness levels during the tour. Trustwide Travel reserves the right to refuse service or disembark any guest whose condition is deemed a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, Trustwide Travel is not liable for any refund, compensation, or damages, and disembarkation will be at your expense.
    7. Insurance: Trustwide Travel strongly recommends purchasing third-party insurance for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation or curtailment. You are responsible for on-the-spot medical treatment costs and reclaiming them from your insurance. Please be aware of insurance exclusions. Insurance must be purchased and paid in full as soon as the booking is made to be effective. Trustwide Travel is not liable for any loss of baggage.
    8. Reservation/Deposits/Fees: Trustwide Travel accepts payments by cheques, money order, or wire transfer. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee. Payment schedules and amounts vary for Hajj packages and other travels. Your booking is not confirmed until approved by Trustwide Travel, the deposit is received, and you receive written confirmation. Special conditions may apply to prices on the Website. Trustwide Travel reserves the right to reject any application at any time prior to departure.

Please note that the specific details and dates (like the Hajj Ministry registration deadline and the visa fee increase announcement) have been left unchanged as they pertain to specific events and regulations that are not directly related to the change from “United States” to “Canada” or from “Trustwide Travel.”
