Shipping and handling of documents are done via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS unless otherwise arranged, and Trustwide Travel is not liable for any delays, loss, or damages in transit.
5. Safety: Participation in packages operated by Trustwide Travel involves risks and dangers beyond our control, including traveling in undeveloped areas, forces of nature, political unrest, and accidents or illnesses in remote regions without rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Trustwide Travel will not be liable for any medical care access or adequacy or for any losses, damages, deaths, injuries, or claims arising from or connected with your Trustwide Travel package. While we strive to ensure safety measures, you agree to hold Trustwide Travel harmless for any access to or provision of medical care.
6. Fitness and Health: Participation in Trustwide Travel packages requires a certain level of physical fitness. You warrant that you are physically and mentally fit to travel and participate in the packages and have researched all destinations and activities to determine your ability to participate. You are responsible for your health and fitness levels during the tour. Trustwide Travel reserves the right to refuse service or disembark any guest whose condition is deemed a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, Trustwide Travel is not liable for any refund, compensation, or damages, and disembarkation will be at your expense.
7. Insurance: Trustwide Travel strongly recommends purchasing third-party insurance for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation or curtailment. You are responsible for on-the-spot medical treatment costs and reclaiming them from your insurance. Please be aware of insurance exclusions. Insurance must be purchased and paid in full as soon as the booking is made to be effective. Trustwide Travel is not liable for any loss of baggage.
8. Reservation/Deposits/Fees: Trustwide Travel accepts payments by cheques, money order, or wire transfer. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee. Payment schedules and amounts vary for Hajj packages and other travels. Your booking is not confirmed until approved by Trustwide Travel, the deposit is received, and you receive written confirmation. Special conditions may apply to prices on the Website. Trustwide Travel reserves the right to reject any application at any time prior to departure.
